The Moomins was formed in January 2001 by Lazuli females and Drie Doring males. Lazuli females Grumpy and her litter-mate sister Sleepy joined Drie Doring males Burgan and Cassia to start the group. Dominance was taken by Grumpy and Burgan. Many famous meerkats were born in this group including Futternutter a meerkat bornw ithout claws. After the long-term dominant male died, Toft, his son took over a natal dominant male beside Grumpy. Most of the members disappeared in mid 2007 leavign only six females. A Hoax male named Houdini joined the group but he as ousted by four wild males. Leonardo took over as dominant male. Long-term dominant female Grumpy was over thrown by her eldest dughter Hemulen who became the new dominant female. She reign for two years and after the death of Leonardo, her young brother Mikey took dominance. Hemulen die dof TB and Blist, her sister, took dominance. Mikey left the group and a Baobab male named Al Catraz joined the group and became the new dominant male however his reign was short lived. Both Blist and Al Catraz were predated leaving the oldest and strongest female Eureka as the new dominant female. Three Toyota males joined the group and Ed Harcourt quickly took dominance beside Eureka.

Rival Mobs
Moomins territory at first was by the Lazuli, Vivian and Gattaca. They also encounter a wild group with around twenthy to thridy meerkats, this is probably where the four wild males came from. The Moomins moved away closer to the wild group. The Aztecs moved next to the Moomins and the Baobab formed near the Moomins and became their new rivals.
History
2002 - 2007
October 2002: Grumpy and Sleepy teamed up with Burgan and Cassia. Grumpy and Burgan became the dominant pair.
November 2002: Grumpy and Sleepy were pregnant. Sleepy was evicted twice.
December 2002: Sleepy gave birth to Moomintroll, Snufkin, The Dweller Under the Sink, Little My, Fillyjonks and Sniff. Grumpy lost her litter.
Janaury 2003: Two encounters with a wild groups.
February 2003: Grumpy was pregnant. Sleepy was evicted.
March 2003: One encounter with Lazuli, Grumpy's litter was killed during a burrow raid.
April 2003: Sleepy aborted her litter. Cassia went roving twice.
May 2003: Two encounters with Gattaca. VMMF003 was predated by a gosehawk.
June 2003: One encounter with Lazuli and Gattaca. Grumpy was pregnant. Sleepy was evicted. Cassia went roving three times.
July 2003: Grumpy aborted her litter. Sleepy rejoined the group.
August 2003: One encounter with Lazuli and Vivian.
September 2003: Cassia went roving at the Vivian. Two encounters with Vivian and one with Xhosa.
October 2003: Cassia went roving five times. Two encounters with Xhosa.
November 2003: Grumpy and Sleepy were pregnant. Cassia was Last Seen. One encounter with a wild group.

August 2004: Little My aborted her litter. Two encounters with a wild group. VMMP012 was predated.
September 2004: Two encounters with a wild group and three with Lazuli.
October 2004: Grumpy was pregnant. One encounter with Vivian. VMMF014 was predated.
November 2004: Grumpy gave birth to Ayarbee, Regopstaan, Mungo 3000 and Malpa Hamadryas
December 2004: One encounter with a wild group. An unknown appeared.
January 2005: Sniff and Moomitroll went roving and left the group.
February 2005: Grumpy was pregnan agian. Little My and Fillyjonks and Snorkmaiden were evicted. Moomintroll and Snufkin were seen in a wild group. Moomintroll seen acting as the dominant male of the wild group.
March 2005: Grumpy gave birth to Frida, Caravaggio, Georgia, Kandinsky, Rothko and Picasso
April 2005: Sniff went roving. One encounter with a wild group.
May 2005: One encounter with Vivian and two with Gattaca.
June 2005: One encounter with a wild group.
July 2005: Sniff, Toft, Ticky-Too and Stinky went roving. A wild male appared three times.
August 2005: Sniff, Ticky-Too and Stinky went roving and left the group and formed the Goblins.
September 2005: Grumpy was pregnant but aborted. Two encounters with a wild group.
October 2005: Little My, Snorkmaiden, Hemulan and Mymble were pregnant. Toft and Grandpa Grumble went roving. One encounter with a wild groups.
November 2005: Grumpy was pregnant. Littly My, Fillyjonks, Snorkmaiden and Hemulan lost their litters. Mymble abort. Little My, Snorkmaiden, Hemulan, Misable and Mymble were evicted. One encounter with Gattaca and Vivian.
December 2005: Grumpy gave birth to Mich, Rocky, Fluffernutter and Penn.
January 2006: Five encounters with Lazuli and one with Vivian.
February 2006: Toft, Ayarbee, Grampa Grumple and Malpa Hamadryas went roving.
March 2006: Dzidzia was pregnant.
April 2006: Grumpy was pregnant. Little My, Fillyjonks, Hemulan, Snorkmaiden, Misable, Mymble, Dzidzia and Regopstaan were evicted. Two encounter with a wild group.
May 2006: Grumpy gave birth to Maverick, Goose, Ice Man and Viper
June 2006: Fillyjonks was pregnant. Toft, Grandpa Grumple, Ayarbee and Mungo 3000 went roving. One encounter with a awild group.
July 2006: Fillyjonks gave birth but her litter was abandon and killed by a wild group.
August 2006: Grumpy was pregnant. Fillyjonks, Little My, Regopstaan, Snrokmaiden and Misable were evicted. The Groke went roving. Fillyjonks and Snorkmaiden left the group.
September 2006: Grumpy aborted. One encounter with Gattaca
October 2006: Hemulen was pregnant but aborted.
November 2006: Three encounters with a wild group. Grandpa Grumple, Toft, Ayarbee, Mungo 3000, Malpa Hamadryas, Kandinsky, Rothko, Picasso and Rocky went roving.
Decmber 2006: Grumpy was pregnant. Little My, Hemulan, Mymble, Misable, Regopstaan, Dzidzia, Frida, Georgia and Mich were evicted. One encounter with a wild meerkat.
2007 - 2010
Janaury 2007: Grumpy gave birth to VMMP038, Yalimapo, Romana and Palana
February 2007: VMMP038 was predated. Three encounters with a wild group.
March 2007: Grandpa Grumple, Toft, Mungo 3000, Kandinsky, Picasso and Viper went roving. One encounter with Lazuli.
April 2007: Toft, Ayarbee, Malpa Hamadryas, Rothko, Rocky, Goose, Ice Man and Viper went roving. One encounter with Aztecs.
May 2007: Alonzo Mourning appared three times. Grandpa Grumble went roving.
June 2007:Burgan died, Toft took dominance. Grandpa Grumble was absent.
July 2007: Grandpa Grumble went roing. Two encounters with a wild group.
August 2007: Five encounters with a wild group.
September 2007: Toft, Mungo 3000, Malpa Hamadryas, Picasso, Rocky, Fluffernutter, Maverick and Viper went roving.
November 2007:Group splint, Grandpa Grumble, Mymble, Toft, Ayarbee, Mungo 3000, Malpa Hamadryas, Dzidzia, Caravaggio, Kandinsky, Georgia, Rothko, Picasso, Rocky, Fluffernutter, Penn, Mich, Maverick, Goose, Ice Man, Viper, Yalimapo, Romana and Palana split to form the Neopets. Six females remained: Grumpy, Little My, Hemulen, Misable, Regopstaan and Frida. Hoax male Houdini joined the group and became the dominant male. .
December 2007: Frida and Grumpy were prgenant. Little My was evicted. Four wild males, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo, joined the group. Leonardo took dominance from Houdini.
January 2008: Grumpy's litter was killed by Frida who gave birth to Sexi Plexi, Mikey, Bubble Toes and Elian. Little My left the group.
Frebuary 2008:One encounter with a wild group.
March 2008: Alonzo Mourning and Murray appared once.
April 2008: Misable was pregnant. One encounter with Aztecs.

March 2009: Frida and Misable aborted, Regopstaan and Sexi Plexi lost their litter. Grumpy was pregnant.
April 2009: Grumpy gave birth to Leesile, Whyn, Malvin, Zackary, Titus and Norris. Hemulen overthrew her mother and became the new dominant female.
May 2009: Donatello went roving. One encounter with Baobab.
June 2009: Grumpy died of disease. Donatello and Refeal went roving and were absent.
July 2009: Hemulen was pregnant, she evicted Regopastaan, Misable and Frida. Donatello and Refeal left the group and formed the Zambia.
August 2009: Hemulen gave birth to Eureka, Renton, Dominic and Anemone. Regopastaan, Misable and Frida appeared back twice each an were all absent.
September 2009: Regopastaan, Misable, Frida and Sexi Plexie formed the Silverwing. Micheangelo left the group.
October 2009: Hemulen was pregnant. Mikey went roving twice. Two encounters with a wild group.
November 2009: Hemulen gave birth Holland, Talho, Diane and Nirvash. Mikey went roving once. One encounter with Baobab and Aztecs.
December 2009: Leonardo died, Mikey took dominance.
January 2010: Mikey went roving at the end of the month and was absent.
February 2010: One encounter with a wild group. Lydia Teapot was pregnant.
March 2010: Mikey, Bunne and Bop Bop left the group and joined the Urukhia. Al Catraz joined the group and became the dominant male. Hemulen died from TB. Blist took dominance. She evicted Bubble Toes, Elian and Lydia Teapot who fromed the Samurai mob.
April 2010: Blist was pregnant. One enoucter with Urukhai, Blist killed VURP006. Whitson, McGriky, Breezelle, Grubby, Zackery, Malvin, Titus and Norris left the group and formed the Gangsters.
May 2010: Blist gave birth to Midget, Little Thing, Dwart and Giant.
June 2010: Lessile was pregnant.
July 2010: Leesile aborted.
August 2010: Blist was pregnant. She evicted Leesile, Whyn, Eureka and Anemone. One encounter with a wild mob.

Janaury 2011: Blist was predated. Eureka took over as the new dominant female.
February 2011: Mumbulu, Triskster and Spade appearing three times. Two encounters with Baobab and one with Aztecs.
March 2010: Eureka was pregnant. She evicted Talho and Diane. Malarky, Otmar deBunwic, Dominic and Holland went roving. Two encounters with Urukhai.
