The Neopets was formed by a large splinter of the Moomins. At first the group was led by brother and sister til all the adult males left the group to rove. Then three rovers from the Whiskers joined the group with Seacrest taking dominance by side Mymble.

At first Mymble, the oldest female, took dominance along with her brother Grandpa Grumble as dominant male. After all the adult males left to rove, three Whisker rovers joined the group with Seacrest taking the role of dominant male.

The Noepets' main rivals are the Wildkats Mob. Their other rivals are the Yahoo and Amphiptere.
History[]
October 2007: Grandpa Grumble, Mymble, Toft, Ayarbee, Mungo 3000, Malpa Hamadryas, Dzidzia, Caravaggio, Kandinsky, Georgia, Rothko, Picasso, Rocky, Fluffernutter, Penn, Mich, Maverick, Goose, Ice Man, Viper, Yalimapo, Romana and Palana splintered. Toft, Mungo 3000, Malpa Hamadryas, Picasso, Rocky, Fluffernutter, Maverick, Viper and Yalimapo left the group and formed the Jaguars. Mymble and Grandpa Grumble tok charge of the splinter group.
November 2007: One encounter with Wildkats. Ayrabree joined the Wildkats.
December 2007: Grandpa Grumble, Kandinsky and Rothko went roving and left the group. Seacrest, Columbus and Suggs joined the group. Seacrest took dominance.
January 2008: Mymble, Dzizdia, Georgia and Mich were all pregnant.
Febrary 2008: Mich gave birth but her litter was abandon. Georgia gave birth but her litter was kiled by the Wildkats. Dzidzia aborted. Myble was still pregnant and evicted Dzidzia, Georgia and Mich One encounter with Wildkats.
March 2008: Mymble gave birth to VNPM001, VNPM002, VNPF003 and VNPF004. One encounter with Wildkats.
April 2008: Suggs went roving twice. A wildkat male and female were encounter.
May 2008: Suggs, Caravaggio, Penn, Goose and Ice Man went roving. Two encounters with Yahoo.
June 2008: Columbus, Caravaggio and Ice Man went roving. One encounter with Amphiptere
July 2008: Mymble was pregnant. Dzidzia, Georgia, Micn and Romana were evicted.
August 2008: Mymble gave birth to VNPP005, VNPP006, VNPP007 and VNPP008.
