The Centures Mob was established when a group of Elveera females joined with Alcatraz males in 2006. The group established a territory boardering Elveera, Alcatraz and Aztecs territories. The group now was part of the many other study groups and successfully thrived. Portorico an Elveera female took dominant female of the mob. The mob first only had a dominant female because there as many as four Alcatraz males fighting for the male dominance. All evenlly matched in size and strengh, no clear dominant male meerkat emerged for two months. Portorico mated with all four of them and so managed to produce four litters, some other litters were from her subordinate females, some of whom dominant female Portorico evicted for her own offspring. Maxmilion eventually became dominant to all the other male meerkats and acquired the dominant position. He soon lost dominance to Pacino Alcatraz, who won the position of dominant male and Portorico's partner. Both have produced many litters and so expanded the Centures to 25 meerkats. After athree year reign, Portorico lost dominance to one of her daughters, Deerop who deposed her mother. Her father was a subordinate Alcatraz male called Johnboy. Both her and Pacino are the current dominant pair.
